As part of Oaks Martial Arts we run our hugely popular KickBox classes.

KickBox is for all teenagers and adults. They are non-contact workouts done to a background of the latest music. They are taught kicking and punching drills on a pad in a fast-paced and fun workout, with fitness and core strengthening exercises thrown in. 

These workouts can complement Taekwon-do training or can benefit those kids who don’t want the goal-setting challenges of Taekwon-do, but who will enjoy learning the kicking and punching techniques.

KickBox classes are a great workout that is always changing, so that you will never get bored. A great alternative to the gym!

All classes run on a 12 week termly basis.
